Better Diagnosis.
Stronger Preparation.
Higher Percentiles.
We identify where and why a student is losing marks—concept, application, accuracy or pacing—and rebuild preparation around the evidence. Not more classes. A measured approach to improving performance.
Preparation
Preparation built around performance, not syllabus completion.
Understand what is affecting performance before deciding what comes next.
Drawing on psychometric, behavioural and performance perspectives.
Designed to work alongside school and coaching.
- Behind The Score
You May Know More Than
Your Marks Reveal.
A performance gap is the space between what you have prepared or are capable of—and what you can demonstrate when performance matters. Top Percentile Club helps students preparing for high-stakes examinations understand what may be limiting that translation and strengthen the capabilities required to perform more effectively.
Discover what drives performance
- Our approach
Assess. Diagnose. Reconstruct. Master.
A systematic approach to understanding and developing performance for students preparing for high-stakes examinations — establish where performance stands, identify what may be limiting it, and build a targeted path towards stronger execution.
Assess
Establish where your performance stands and what the evidence reveals.
Diagnose
Identify the factors that may be limiting performance—and understand why.
Reconstruct
Address the priority areas and build the capabilities performance requires.
Master
Strengthen those capabilities until effective performance becomes more consistent.
- What Shapes Performance
Learn. Prepare. Execute. Perform.
Learn
How the student absorbs and retains material.
Prepare
How that learning becomes exam-ready preparation.
Execute
How preparation is applied under real conditions.
Perform
How it all comes together when it matters most.
“Prepare more” → “Understand my performance”
- The 3-Day Performance Experience
Discover What Really Drives Examination Performance
You can prepare extensively and still underperform. Something happens between what you know, how you prepare, and how you perform when it matters. This 3-day experience helps you understand that gap—and see performance differently.
Recognise why preparation, effort and knowledge do not always translate into examination results.
Explore the factors that influence how effectively knowledge is retrieved, applied and executed under examination conditions.
Look beyond marks and study hours to understand the less visible factors that can affect performance.
Move from “I need to prepare more” to “I need to understand what is affecting my performance.”
- Inside the 3 Days

- About Top Percentile Club
Where Preparation Meets Performance
Top Percentile Club is an academic and examination performance advisory focused on one fundamental idea: better performance begins with understanding performance.
- The Question Behind Top Percentile
A Partner in
Performance
Top Percentile Club grew from a simple question:
What happens between preparation and performance?
For more than 15 years, Padma M. has worked across education, mentoring and human development, exploring the relationship between ability, behaviour, expression and performance. Her work draws on psychometric assessment, graphology, and handwriting analysis, alongside extensive experience in communication, personality, and capability development. Together, these disciplines have shaped a distinctive perspective on how individual differences influence how people think, respond, express capability, and perform.

The Unfolding
Not everything that shapes performance appears on the score sheet. Some forces are visible; others work quietly beneath the surface—shaping how we think, respond, adapt and perform. These books explore that space: the unseen patterns, human factors and turning points that influence how capability becomes performance.

Before You Enquire
Who is the 3-Day Performance Experience for?
It is designed for students preparing for high-stakes examinations who want to understand the factors that influence their performance—not simply prepare more.
Is this an exam-preparation programme?
No. The experience focuses on performance rather than teaching academic subjects or providing conventional exam coaching. It explores what happens between preparation and performance, particularly when students have to retrieve, think, manage time and execute under examination conditions.
What will I understand by the end of the three days?
You will develop a clearer understanding of what influences examination performance, the different factors that can affect the translation of preparation into results, and the questions worth considering before deciding what needs to change.
Will I receive a personal performance assessment during the programme?
No. The 3-Day Performance Experience is designed to create awareness and insight into performance. A separate Performance Diagnosis is available for students who want to understand their individual performance factors in greater depth.
What happens after the three days?
You decide what you want to explore next. Depending on the student’s needs, the next step may be Performance Diagnosis, Student Mentoring, or Diagnosis + Mentoring. You can begin with one pathway and add another later.
Is the programme suitable for different types of examinations?
The approach is designed for high-stakes examinations where performance under time, pressure and examination conditions matters. It can be relevant across Board, professional and competitive examinations.
How is Top Percentile Club different from conventional exam coaching?
Conventional coaching primarily focuses on what to study and how to prepare. Top Percentile Club focuses on what happens beyond preparation—how students learn, prepare, execute and perform when it matters.
How do I book the programme, and is payment secure?
Programme bookings are processed securely through Razorpay, with available payment options such as UPI, cards and net banking. Payment details are handled securely by the payment provider.
